So a few months back my friend Fergal Rock was one of the winners of the prestigious BlueCat Fellini Screenplay competition for his entry “Calvin and Skye”. It was a great achievement to win it and a great reward for the years of hard work Fergal has put into his writing. Founded in 1998 by screenwriter Gordy Hoffman, the BlueCat Screenwriting Competition, now in its second decade is one of the biggest and best internationally recognised screenplay competitions out there. Fergal has also directed two very successful shorts.
