2003\2006 – Short Comedy Theatre Company – RTE
I did three years of this series. It was hugely popular and I learnt a lot doing it. I did the pilot when I was 22 which was pretty scary as I really had only started editing but it turned out to be grand. A lot of people don’t like these shows but I think they have worth. We were on the series for about 5 months out of the year, so after season 3, which was my fourth year, I couldn’t face that length of time on my own down in Limerick! Plus I felt that I had got everything I could out of doing the series.

The shows are still incredibly popular. On their first run they routinely got 800,000 viewers which is like a 40-50% share and to this day the repeats still draw huge numbers.
