Irish Animation “Niko 2” to play at Galway Junior Film Fleadh

On Nov 10th at 11:30 there is a screening of the new animated film “Niko 2: Little Brother, Big Trouble” as part of the Junior Film Fleadh in the Town Hall Theatre, Galway. The film is produced by Galway based production company Tidal Films, for whom my friends Heather and Moe have been toiling away at this picture for the best part of two years.

Tickets are only 5.50 and the advance word is that it’s a really cute, funny, family film and that audiences will be blown away by the quality of the animation. The Junior Fleadh provides a great oppurtunity for little nephews, nieces, cousins to head to the cinema. You can see more about the film at its website here or watch the trailer below

It premiered last week in Finland and is the no.1 film there. It opens across Europe in November. It is a co-production between Finland, Germany, Denmark and Ireland.
Irish talent is responsible for dialogue, voices, original score, sound design, and a share of the animation.

You can buy tickets for the screening here. It should be a lot of fun
