I love having stuff in festivals, theres a great buzz in knowing that a group of people someplace in the world are sitting down to watch this film that you spent do long working on and enjoying it (or not) and maybe are going away talking about it.
I have two films screening this weekend.
Bubble Chamber plays on Saturday at the Cucalorus Film Festival in Wilmington, North Carolina. This seems like a really fun festival and I would have loved to have gone to it. Bubble Chamber plays on Saturday at 7:00pm as part of a lineup of 12 music videos that includes work by the likes of M83, Diplo, The Rapture and Plan B. This is really exciting for both me and PoN
Kara plays today at the Hamilton Short Film Festival in Ontario, Canada, where I think it will do really well.
Ras Tailtean played last weekend in Lisbon and in Chicago as part of the Bicycle Film Festival, I’m going to make it to one of those screenings!
