Derelict is a dark crime thriller about a group of men who kidnap a bank manager and his family and hold them hostage in a Derelict building while robbing a bank. It should be a simple job, but as the night wears on things become very complicated.
The film was shot in under 7 days on a micro-budget in nov 2011 and I spent a couple of enjoyable weeks editing the film with Frank this time last year. The film was finished in the Element. To see how it turned out tune in tonight!
Derelict was the closing film of both the Dun Laoighaire Underground Film Festival in Sept and also recently at the Chicago Irish Film Festival.
