I am first and foremost an offline editor but more and more I am asked to do online work. As producers have less money to spend and the software is more widely available its become possible if not always advisable to just get the editor to do both the online and the offline.
Personally I think its always far better when there is a clear definition between the two.
As well as doing the online for shows I have sometimes graded the picture and I have also done my fair share of reversioning shows for TG4.
